## Physical typing and slow thinking
Many people think while they type.
Their slow speed of typing provides space and time for them to think.
And many of us get so accustomed to thinking while typing that we can't think properly if we're not typing.
We gradually forgot that outputting our thoughts doesn't have to be that slow.
If you can think faster, the typing speed doesn't have to put a limit on the output speed.
## Voice typing requires faster thinking
While voice typing liberates us from the limitation of physical typing, it also poses a challenge to our thinking speed.
## Voice typing encourages & trains faster thinking.
As we are more and more used to voice typing, hopefully our thinking speed will in turn increase. That's because our inner ability to some extent is dependent on the ability of our tools that we're using. -- [[The tools we use shape us]]
