Using AI for System Transformation Pathway Viki want our school to look like at the frontier of innovative education. Within the framework for IB? We are talking about how to educate with AI a lot. Unfortunately based on my observation, most teachers know little about education. Including a lot of the ones who attend your masterclass. And I don't think the projects you've come up with will work out. There are various reasons for them, if you are interested I could explain. But I believe it doesn't hurt to try. What you lack -- how the curriculum really works. How does our school really work What teachers lack -- how to learn; what is education What I offer - deep knowledge in IB & UWCM - a deep re-evaluation of AI and education, explaining by IB is inherently incompatible with AI. - AI-empowered learning methods To-Viki: if she like, I would love to become her education / AI consultant. These are some really big words that I'd like to explain to her To-Students: showing students how to use AI to learn Teachers are replacable by AI. Demonstrating students how to learn with AI Most teachers don't know how to learn. They are insitutionalized and reduced to tools. Let's me honest, IB train teachers like they train tools. There is very little creative agency within what a teacher can do or teach in the classroom. I can demonstrate learners how to learn what usually takes them 6 months to learn 1 week. I am fairly confident on that. I'd like to start a project starting from next year. I will have a group of students with me. I will show them how to learn. They come to me, ignorant of anythinga about IB. They don't go to classes --- I am going to be blunt here -- the project you mentioned, they look like gimmicks to me, and they don't touch on the core of either education, learning, or AI. We understand tht AI is important for education. But few of us understad what is AI, and what does education and learning mean in the age of AI. We might be highly misunderstanding these terms. Again I apologize for being super blunt here, but I am really doubtful how those projects you sent me will work out. I am really doubtful, and they do not look workable for me. We are missing some core understanding. Now, the term of "learning" as well. Most teachers know nothing about learning. Some of them has been teaching for decades. They are insitutionalized and reduced to tools. Let's b honest, IB train teachers like they train tools. Looking everything in the whole picture, this is what I identified. AI; Education; Curriclum / Teacing; Learning Viki wants to make our school look like we are on the frontier of inovative education by using AI, but she doesn't understand education or AI; You want to help the school incorporate AI into the curriculum, but you don't understand the curriculum or teaching Teachers want to help you transform teaching with AI, but teachers don't understand learning, or AI. I hope now you are beginning to see that this is quite a trickky situation. And that's where I come in and solve things for you. I, at least I claim that I have a deep understanding into education, AI, and learning. Plus I have first hand experience navigating the IB curriculum. I am the true intersection between these important terms. And I'd like to act as a facilitaator or consultant in whatever project you are doing. I am very good at pointing out why projects might fail and where things don't make sense. Once I help every one make sense of what is going on with this AI hype in 2025, my end goal is that it automatically becomes clear that in the age of AI, we don't need curriculm, IB, or teachers. IB is the true source of problem I'd argue. School operates to carry out the curriculum. Teacherse are trained on the curriculum. The way this place operate is fundamentally flawed. And what can we do beyond that? I'm just a high school student, obviously I don't have much say in this. But together as a school we have a lot to do.
