Categorizing Tasks with Purpose Clarity I want each task to have a clear type property: - Duty/Chore - Calling/Passion - Daily Routine The current “I want to” vs. “I have to” distinction becomes unclear once a task is in progress. So, a dedicated property is needed to maintain the clarity of intent, even after a task has started. This will allow me to later analyze how much time I spend on duties vs. meaningful or energizing work. Ideally, this data could be visualized in something like a ring chart showing the distribution of time spent across the three types. 2. Tracking Key Routines Reading, exercise, and journaling are currently categorized under routines. I’m wondering if I should also track these not just as tasks with time spent, but as checkpoints—if I complete them, I tick them off. These checkmarks would show up on a master dashboard, alongside other metrics I already track with Apple Watch --- ## Dashboard 2.0 ### Time Time spent on the three types of tasks Time focused every day ### Indicators
