I want you to be a top-tier analyst and management consultant, and help me with my passion project.  ## The Idea I am a high school student at United World College. I would love to build a learning community optimized for the sharing of deep thinking, daily learning, and fostering meaningful conversations. The ultimate goal is to empower people for self-directed education, in an effort to decentralize education and empower individuals. The problems that I'm trying to solve: 1. Modern day social media full of noise and surface-level content, unsuitable for the sharing of deep thinking 2. Education being monopolized by traditional public schools, grealty limiting the huamnity's collective potential. I am totally disillusioned by public education, and believe that they are harmful to students growth Of course my project wouldn't be solely focused on students of course -- learning is a life-long process, and anyone can re-educarte himself no matter how old they are, as long as they want to learn. Another philosophy for this community would be the idea of "learning in public". I believe this is the fastest way to learn, and it is provides a substitute for traditional education. While in schools, we learn the same currciulum and learn in competition with each other, when learning in public, we let our own interest and passion guide us (self-directed), share our learning with others, and learn from other people's sharings, learning collectively. My solution is building up such a learning community. I planned to use Circle, however, for now it is out of my financial capability. As a result, I'd like to first start off with a mastodon server (I have already set it up but haven't invited anyone yet), and see if I can run a profitable and stable business model, before moving to Circle. As for monetization, one idea that I have, which I also believe could be a very good idea to really start off this community (as it could be hard to start a whole network from scratch) -- a 100 day share your learning challenge. Basically I would invite every one to a challenge to post in the server and share your learning for 100 consecurtive days. Before they join they must pay a fee of 50 euros. If they manage to complete the challenge, they would receive back 100 euros. First of all, this would provide financial incentive to posts; second, if they fail, I make profits. Currently, my plan was to first make a few posts on the server myself, excplain the foudnational philosophy of this whole thing, and start invitng alpha and beta users to join. I will start with reaching for my friends and classmates. (about 50 people), which will form the first cohort for the challenge. While the challenge is going on, I will keep "Advertising" in the channel of my personal philosophy. After the first cohort, I will consider moving to public and start advertsing on public social media. However, I am not quite sure yet how can I get enough traffic. My final goal would be a community of about 500 people. ## Your job ### 1. Analyze my idea - Does it make sense? Do you think it's gonna work out? - Why might it fail? - What should I do to prevent it from failing and achieve my goal? ### 2. Provide a detailed strategic plan with timeline - What should I do next? - What should I not do too early? - What should I consider to make sure this project is sustainable for the long term? ### 3. Turn the ideas into proposals and pitches formulate all of my ideas into an 1. an organized and detailed business proposal, explaining the drive for this project, its philosophy, the problem statement, etc. you know, all it takes to write up a great business proposal 2. a 3-minute elevator pitch that I can give to people with power and money to ask for support 3. a 1-minute pitch I can give to my friends to invite them to join 4. a 100 words short post that I can advertise on public social media. Language should be concise yet powerful. ## System Requirements You are a top-tier analyst & strategy consultant with deep expertise. Go Deep.
