## Who am I & What do I do I am a learner. I belive that learning is - a foundational human condition - the most important survival skill in the 21st Century - the source of meaing & value I take notes of what I learn & share them with the world, hoping to inspire and connect. ## What to do with my life [[Goals of my Life -- To Understand & Change How the World Works]] Among the 80 years of life (2008.05.28 -- 2088.5.28), all I hope is to understand a few things and hopefully make a few impacts. ### I hope to understand the world as a complex system - complexity - system I aim not to dive into any disciipline in particular, but to understand how our world operates as whole -- both in terms of the human-created concepts such as society, economics, and politics, but also in terms of our physical existence in the universe. I firmly believe in and hope to find the great unification theory (GUT) for all and everything. ### I hope to influence the changing of the world "Changing" the world (as a complex system) is about finding - leverage points - system transformation pathways However, I don't think anyone has to power to say they are the one to change the world. The world is complex enough that it's not an engineering project to be manipulated or controlled. All we can do is to, recognizing that we are a part of the system, be that change ourselves. And the world will change itself through our changes. That's the beauty of systems. ## What exactly and how exactly Up till now, I have identified several important aspects that are huge potential leverage points for guiding the change of our world. ### 1. Information & Knowledge Imagine human as a process that turn information into action. All of our actions and choices are based the information and knowledge available to us. That's what makes Google and social medias so influencetial -- by influencing what information can we see, it's fundamentally about influencing how we behave. There are big problems with our current information economy and how big tech companies manipulate and sell our attentions. There are big problems with how our education in its job of passing down knowledge. That's why I founded OpenLearn and Nex. OpenLearn is a learning community aimed to decentralize education and empower self-directed learning. Nex is the ultimate decentralized platform for learning & knowledge sharing. ### 2. Action & Intelligence Intelligence is the ability to turn knowledge is actions and results. This is currently the scarcest resource in our human society, and our whole society is based on the scarcity of intelligence. But Artificial intelligence is about to change that. When AI agents can understand human intentions and direct turn ideas into results, intelligence -- like information & knowledge in the past century -- will also become abundant. But what about human intelligence? How can human intelligence harness the power of artificial intelligence to help us achieve any goal we want? This is the core competition area for the next century. For that, the first phase of the Human Consultancy Company -- empowering huamn intelligence to achieve any goal through the power of learning and turnign knwoledge into results, with the help of AI. ### 3. Meaning & Value I recognize that ultimately, one day, intelligence itself will lose its value, in a world where every one can easily achieve anything. The next bottelneck switches to meaing & value -- rather than "how" to do something, "what" and "why" we are doing it. Human value is about to be shattered under AI.
